Personal Assistant (PA): various positions in Qatar

Responsibilities: various positions in Qatar

• Provide administrative and secretarial support to the management team.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare and maintain documents, reports, and presentations.
• Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the management.
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Forklift Operator: various positions in Qatar

Responsibilities: various positions in Qatar

• Operate forklifts to load, unload, and move materials and products.
• Adhere to safety regulations and ensure proper handling and storage of goods.
• Conduct pre-operation inspections and basic maintenance on the forklift.
• Assist in inventory management and stock control.
• Follow instructions and work orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.

Excavator Operator: various positions in Qatar

Responsibilities: various positions in Qatar

• Operate excavators to perform digging, lifting, and earthmoving tasks.
• Ensure safe and efficient operation of the excavator.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the equipment.
• Follow project plans and specifications for excavation work.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations.
• Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects on time.

Requirements: various positions in Qatar

• For the Personal Assistant (PA) position, relevant administrative experience is required.
• For the Forklift Operator and Excavator Operator positions, a valid Qatar driving license is mandatory.
• Qatar gas experience and valid Qatar license are preferred.
• Minimum 3-5 years of operating experience in Qatar with the respective equipment.
• Visa ready for immediate flight.
• Age limit: 25 to 40 years.
