Responsibilities: Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Job in Oman
- Supervise and oversee electrical maintenance activities in the oil and gas sector.
- Ensure the safe and efficient maintenance of power transformers, instrument transformers, GIS & AIS switchgears, PMRs, ODCBs, overhead lines, motors, pumps, and other electrical equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and strategies to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to execute planned and preventive maintenance activities.
- Conduct regular inspections, identify potential issues, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance operations.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs, budget, and resources effectively.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the maintenance team.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders and external contractors as necessary.
- Prepare maintenance reports, documentation, and work orders.
Requirements: Maintenance Supervisor Electrical Job in Oman
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) or Diploma in Electrical Engineering (EEE) or a related field.
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in oil and gas maintenance within the petrochemical industry.
- Extensive experience in the maintenance of power transformers, instrument transformers, GIS & AIS switchgears, PMRs, ODCBs, overhead lines, motors, pumps, and other electrical equipment.
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance best practices, techniques, and industry standards.
- Proficient in troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols.
- Valid certifications and licenses related to electrical maintenance are preferred.
