We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or a related field (preferred) and possess a minimum of seven years of experience in electrical installations, maintenance, or construction, with a track record of increasing responsibilities. Knowledge of SAP is considered an added advantage. The candidate should demonstrate a strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, regulations, and industry best practices.

Responsibilities: Electrical Supervisor Job in Oman

• Supervise and oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and construction projects.
• Ensure that all electrical works are carried out safely, efficiently, and according to industry standards and regulations.
• Plan and organize work schedules, allocate tasks, and ensure timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate with the team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth project execution.
• Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to maintain the highest standards of workmanship.
• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination.
• Keep up-to-date with industry advancements, codes, and regulations to implement best practices.

Salary and Benefits: Electrical Supervisor Job in Oman

• Salary Range: RO 275 to 300 per month.
• Additional Adhoc Allowance: RO 20 per month.
