We are currently looking for an experienced Mechanical Valves Engineer to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC/Contracting industry and must possess an NBA Accredited B.E./B.Tech. degree. The primary responsibilities of the Mechanical Valves Engineer Job in Kuwait will include reviewing and finalizing engineering designs in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical sectors. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong background in technical services, including the review of contract documents, specifications, detail engineering, procurement, and other related activities.
Responsibilities: Mechanical Valves Engineer Job in Kuwait
- Reviewing and finalizing engineering designs in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical industry.
- Conducting a comprehensive review of contract documents, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Preparing design specifications, material requisitions, RFQ (Request for Quotation), TQs (Technical Queries), and TBE (Technical Bid Evaluation) for the required materials.
- Familiarity with relevant industry codes such as ASCE, ANSI, etc.
- Material take-off and quantity survey activities.
- Handling site/technical queries from clients and conducting site surveys as needed.
- Updating and maintaining progress monitoring track.
- Collaborating with other team members and departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements: Mechanical Valves Engineer Job in Kuwait
- Bachelor’s degree (B.E./B.Tech.) accredited by NBA.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas EPC/Contracting industry.
- Prior experience with technical services department activities is essential.
- Strong knowledge of engineering design in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Petrochemical sectors.
- Proficiency in reviewing engineering documents and drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
