We are currently hiring a Site Supervisor to oversee and manage on-site construction and project activities in Dubai, UAE. The Site Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating with contractors, subcontractors, and workers to ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols. Regular site inspections, quality control, and record-keeping of work progress and materials used are essential duties. The Site Supervisor will collaborate with project managers and stakeholders and provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers. Compliance with building codes and regulations is a crucial aspect of the role.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage on-site construction or project activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and workers.
• Ensure adherence to project plans, timelines, and safety protocols.
• Monitor progress and quality of work on the site.
• Address any issues or delays that may arise.
• Conduct regular site inspections and safety checks.
• Maintain records of work progress and materials used.
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders.
• Provide on-the-job training and guidance to workers.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in construction or site supervision is required.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction processes and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and plans.
• Familiarity with safety regulations and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Physical fitness for on-site inspections and activities.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Additional certifications in construction management may be beneficial.

Salary and Benefits:

• Monthly Salary: AED 4001-5000.
• Experience: 1 – 2 Years.
