We are urgently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our reputable Facility Management Company in Qatar. The ideal candidate should possess extensive knowledge and experience in housekeeping maintenance work, including the use of industrial equipment, chemicals, and cleaning tools. Candidates with prior experience in facility management companies or hotel maintenance will be given preference, especially those with Gulf experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the daily housekeeping operations to ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained at all times.
• Train and guide housekeeping staff in the proper use of industrial equipment, cleaning chemicals, and machinery to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• Implement and enforce color-coded cleaning procedures and guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections of work areas, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring adherence to company standards.
• Monitor and manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing timely orders as needed.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns related to housekeeping services.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and execution of tasks.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in housekeeping maintenance work with a strong understanding of industrial equipment, chemicals, and cleaning tools.
• Prior experience in a facility management company or hotel maintenance is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of color-coded cleaning practices and safety standards is essential.
• Gulf experience will be given preference.

Remuneration:

• Salary: QR 1800 for 8 hours duty
• Food Allowance: QR 300
• Overtime (OT) pay additional to regular salary
• Accommodation, Medical, and Free Food will be provided by the company.
