Our leading Food Supply Company in Saudi Arabia is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Accommodation Supervisor to oversee and manage the accommodation facilities for our employees. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our accommodation services and maintaining a high standard of living for our staff.

Responsibilities: Hiring Supervisor for a leading Food Supply Company in Saudi Arabia

• Manage and supervise the daily operations of the accommodation facilities, including maintenance, cleanliness, and overall functionality.
• Ensure that all accommodation facilities are well-maintained and adhere to the company’s standards and regulations.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by the residents promptly and efficiently, striving to provide a comfortable and safe living environment.
• Coordinate with the relevant departments to ensure that necessary repairs and maintenance tasks are carried out in a timely manner.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of necessary supplies and equipment for the accommodation facilities.
• Oversee the implementation of safety and security protocols within the accommodation premises.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes to enhance the living conditions for our employees.
• Provide regular reports to the management regarding the status of the accommodation facilities and any issues that require attention.

Requirements: Hiring Supervisor for a leading Food Supply Company in Saudi Arabia

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the hospitality or facilities management industry.
• Aged between 21 to 35 years with excellent English communication skills.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team.
• Proficiency in handling administrative tasks related to accommodation management, including record-keeping and inventory management.
• Familiarity with maintaining accommodation facilities, including knowledge of maintenance protocols and housekeeping standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and effectively handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to make effective decisions under pressure.
