An urgent requirement has arisen for an AMC Engineer (Site Engineer) in Oman. We are seeking a qualified individual with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (B.E or B. Tech) and a minimum of 6 years of experience in handling AMC contracts execution and estimation. The ideal candidate should possess strong working knowledge and experience in HVAC equipment, including chiller, AHU, FCU, central plant, CCU, and VRf units. Troubleshooting skills and proficiency in computer operations are essential. Excellent English communication skills and a sound understanding of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) protocols are also required.

- Execution and management of AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) projects.
- Accurate estimation of project requirements and resources.
- Proficient handling of HVAC equipment including chiller, AHU, FCU, central plant, CCU, and VRf units.
- Swift and effective troubleshooting of technical issues.
- Utilization of computer skills for documentation and reporting purposes.
- Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and standards.
- Preferred experience in oil plants, building services, stadiums, or similar environments.
