We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to oversee and coordinate warehouse operations in Dubai. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and the ability to manage a team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage warehouse staff and daily operations
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock accuracy
- Oversee receiving, storage, and dispatching of goods
- Enforce safety and security procedures for warehouse operations
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and order of the warehouse
- Train and guide staff on warehouse processes and safety standards
- Prepare reports on warehouse activities and performance metrics
- Address and resolve any operational issues promptly
Requirements: Warehouse Supervisor Needed In Dubai
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree or certification in logistics/supply chain is an advantage
- Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar role
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
