Are you an experienced Rigger with a background in Equate projects? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you in Kuwait! Our company is seeking a skilled Rigger to join our team and contribute to our ongoing projects.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Rigger, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the safe and efficient movement of heavy equipment, machinery, and materials on our construction sites. You will work closely with the construction and operations teams to execute rigging operations with precision and adherence to safety protocols.

Key Duties:

• Safely assemble and disassemble rigging equipment, including slings, shackles, cables, and hooks.
• Inspect and maintain rigging equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.
• Calculate load capacities and determine the appropriate rigging techniques for each job.
• Assist in the hoisting and positioning of heavy equipment and materials.
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate rigging activities.
• Conduct safety checks and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
• Follow established procedures and guidelines for rigging operations.
• Perform rigging tasks efficiently and in a timely manner to meet project deadlines.
• Participate in safety meetings and training programs as required.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Rigger, preferably with experience in Equate projects.
• Knowledge of rigging techniques, equipment, and safety procedures.
• Ability to calculate load capacities and select appropriate rigging methods.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Valid Rigger certification is a plus.
