Job Description:
As a House Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of dishes, including Continental, Arabic, Tandoori, and Chinese cuisines. Your role will also involve maintaining a clean kitchen and utensils to ensure a hygienic cooking environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare a wide range of dishes from different cuisines, including Continental, Arabic, Tandoori, and Chinese.
- Ensure that all meals are prepared to high culinary standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area.
- Clean and sanitize utensils, cooking equipment, and surfaces.
- Monitor and manage kitchen inventory and grocery supplies.
- Follow all safety and hygiene standards in food preparation.
- Adapt recipes to accommodate dietary restrictions and preferences.
- Collaborate with household members to plan menus.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a House Cook is required.
- Must be skilled in preparing Continental, Arabic, Tandoori, and Chinese dishes.
- Ability to clean and maintain a hygienic kitchen.
- ECR and ECNR passport holders are both encouraged to apply.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
