Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Operate NC Machines: As a CNC Operator, your primary responsibility will be to operate and oversee the operation of computer numerical control (CNC) machines in a state-of-the-art glass processing unit. You will be responsible for ensuring the precise and efficient cutting and shaping of glass sheets.
2. Safety First: Safety is paramount in our operations. You will be expected to handle glass sheets with care, following all safety protocols to ensure the well-being of yourself and your colleagues. Safety is our priority.
3. Machine Maintenance: Keeping our machines in top condition is crucial for smooth operations. You will perform daily routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure they function optimally, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
4. Production Records: Maintain meticulous records of daily production activities. This includes keeping track of the quantity and specifications of glass sheets processed, ensuring accurate documentation for quality control and future reference.
5. Machine Expertise: You will operate a range of machines, including but not limited to Lise cutting line and insulated glass line/double glaze line, Glasston-toughening furnace, and Bavelloni Polishing line. Your expertise in handling these machines will be essential for meeting production targets and maintaining product quality.
