We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Office Girl to join our team in Dubai. As an Office Girl, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our office spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for guests and employees alike. Your friendly demeanor, hospitality support, and assistance with basic administrative tasks will contribute to the smooth functioning of our office.

Responsibilities:

  1. Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of office spaces: You will be responsible for keeping all areas of the office clean, including reception areas, meeting rooms, kitchen, and common spaces. Regularly organizing and decluttering the workspace will be essential to create a positive working environment.
  2. Greet and assist guests and employees: As the first point of contact, you will warmly welcome guests, clients, and employees, making them feel comfortable and valued. Providing necessary assistance and directing them to their destinations will be part of your daily routine.
  3. Serve refreshments and provide hospitality support: You will offer beverages and refreshments to visitors and staff members courteously. Additionally, you may be required to help with setting up meeting rooms, arranging catering for events, and supporting the team in organizing office gatherings.
  4. Assist with basic administrative tasks: Your organizational skills will come into play as you assist with basic administrative duties, such as filing documents, handling incoming and outgoing mail, and maintaining office supplies inventory.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent: A basic educational qualification will be required for this position.
  2. Positive attitude and helpful demeanor: We are looking for someone who exudes positivity, is friendly, and possesses a genuine desire to assist others.
  3. Good communication and organizational skills: Effective communication, both verbal and written, will be crucial to interact with guests and colleagues. You should also have strong organizational abilities to manage your tasks efficiently.
  4. Fluency in English; additional languages a plus: Proficiency in English is necessary to communicate effectively within the workplace. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a valuable asset.
