An esteemed factory in Riyadh is urgently seeking a skilled Tube Mill Operator specialized in ERW Pipes Production. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience in ERW Tube/Pipe production and should have a strong background in operating and managing ERW production mill operations.

Responsibilities: Tube Mill Operator Job in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

1. Set up and operate the tube mill machinery for the production of ERW pipes.
2. Monitor the production process to ensure the quality and efficiency of the pipes produced.
3. Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of the machinery to ensure smooth operations.
4. Troubleshoot any operational issues and rectify them promptly to minimize downtime.
5. Adhere strictly to safety protocols and guidelines during the production process.
6. Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and deadlines.
7. Maintain accurate records of production data and report any discrepancies to the management.

Requirements:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent; additional technical certification or diploma is a plus.
2. Proven experience of 3-5 years in operating ERW production mills, preferably in a similar industrial setting.
3. Sound technical knowledge of tube mill operations, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.
4. Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications related to ERW pipe production.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
6. Excellent teamwork and communication skills to coordinate effectively with the production team.
