Key Responsibilities:

• Store Management: As a Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branded boutique and apparel stores. This includes ensuring that the store is well-organized, merchandise is properly displayed, and inventory is managed efficiently.
• Team Leadership: Lead by example and motivate your team to deliver exceptional customer service. Provide guidance and support to your colleagues, fostering a positive work environment.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, addressing their needs and concerns. Ensure that our customers have a memorable shopping experience.
• Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is replenished in a timely manner. Conduct regular stock checks and report discrepancies.
• Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with store management and staff. Report any issues or concerns promptly.

Qualifications:

• Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in branded boutique and apparel stores as a Store Supervisor or Assistant Store Manager is required. Experience in an airport duty-free shop is preferred.
• Communication: Strong communication skills are essential to interact with customers and team members effectively.
• Age: Candidates should be less than 30 years old.
