Key Responsibilities:
As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our branded boutique and apparel stores. Your responsibilities will include:
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability and prevent stockouts.
- Visual Merchandising: Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed attractively to enhance the shopping experience.
- Customer Engagement: Interact with customers, address their inquiries, and resolve any issues to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Sales Performance: Track and analyze sales performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.
- Staff Training: Provide training and coaching to staff members to enhance their product knowledge and sales skills.
Qualifications: Store Supervisor Job in UAE, KSA, Qatar, Oman
- Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Store Supervisor in branded boutique and apparel stores is required.
- Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
