Location: Oman – Large Format Retail Showroom

Are you a dynamic and experienced professional seeking a challenging opportunity in the realm of retail management? We are looking for a skilled Store Manager to join our team at a leading Large Format Retail Showroom in Oman, specializing in apparels and home center products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the retail store, ensuring a seamless and customer-centric experience.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize sales and achieve targets within the Apparels and Home Center sections.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a diverse team, fostering a positive work environment and ensuring staff performance meets or exceeds expectations.
  • Monitor inventory levels, merchandise displays, and overall store aesthetics to enhance the customer shopping experience.
  • Collaborate with various departments to execute marketing and promotional activities, driving customer engagement and loyalty.
  • Analyze sales trends and customer feedback to make informed decisions that enhance product offerings and improve customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • Minimum 5+ years of proven experience as a Store Manager, preferably in the Apparels or Home Center sector.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and customer service best practices.
