Requirements:
- Professional Qualification: CA / CPA / ACCA / CMA
- 10-15 years of progressive experience in financial accounting.
- Minimum of 3 years at a senior level, showcasing your leadership abilities.
- Experience in the transportation industry or automotive sector, with a focus on labor and work costs.
- Comprehensive expertise in various accounting domains including Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Labor Cost, Payables & Receivables.
- Proficient in implementing accounting principles to manage day-to-day financial and accounting operations.
- Skilled in collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management.
- Adept at aligning financial activities with the company’s financial and accounting objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of accounting principles across the organization’s financial and accounting activities.
- Oversee collections, accounts receivable, and accounts payable functions.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Manage labor and work cost accounting, particularly within the transportation or automotive industry.
- Maintain accurate financial records, fixed asset management, and cash flow management.
- Utilize your financial expertise to drive the company’s financial and accounting objectives.
