Responsibilities: QUANTITY SURVEYOR Job In Bahrain

As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in managing the costs and contractual aspects of construction projects. Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting cost estimates and preparing budgets for construction projects.
2. Analyzing and evaluating project contracts and variations.
3. Collaborating with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effective solutions.
4. Monitoring project progress and costs, identifying potential risks and providing mitigation strategies.
5. Conducting regular site visits to assess work progress and validate quantities.
6. Preparing and submitting progress claims and final accounts.
7. Negotiating and settling final accounts with clients and subcontractors.
8. Keeping abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

1. Minimum 7 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the GCC.
2. Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
3. Proven expertise in cost estimation, budgeting, and contract administration.
4. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and relevant regulations.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
7. Immediate availability for local transfers.
