Role: Planning Engineer (Marine Division)

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (minimum 4 years).
  • 8-12 years of experience in Construction Programming and Planning.
  • Strong background in Marine works and Infrastructure projects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project (MSP) and Primavera (PS6).
  • Comprehensive understanding of Marine and Civil Engineering works.
  • Experience with various types and levels of project scheduling.

Key Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Planning Engineer (Marine Division) – Oman

  • Develop and manage construction programs for construction activities.
  • Prepare schedules for tender stages and monitor project progress.
  • Provide daily updates on the construction schedule and track overall progress.
  • Offer strategic advice for resource allocation and project acceleration to meet deadlines.
  • Implement proactive management strategies to prevent project time overruns.
  • Develop and support necessary schedules for Extension of Time (EOT) claims.
  • Report to and support the project team with scheduling insights and analysis.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary range of OMR 650/- to 850/- per month (negotiable), depending on experience in Marine Civil Engineering.
  • Age group preference: 27 – 33 years.
