Key Responsibilities:
As a Personal Assistant to the CEO, you will play a pivotal role in providing high-level confidential support. Your responsibilities will include:
- Offering a comprehensive secretarial and administrative service to the CEO.
- Managing and prioritizing the CEO’s schedule, ensuring optimal time utilization.
- Handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
- Coordinating communication and correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documentation.
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Degree/Diploma in a respective field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably in a Gulf-based setting.
- 3 to 5 years of Gulf experience is highly preferred.
