Responsibilities:

As our Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving our company’s success. Your key responsibilities include:

  1. Operational Excellence: Ensure that all operations are conducted in a cost-effective and efficient manner, maintaining the highest standards of quality in pest control and cleaning services.
  2. Process Improvement: Continuously improve operational management systems, processes, and best practices to enhance our service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  3. Supply Chain Management: Take charge of material procurement, inventory planning, and warehouse efficiency to ensure seamless operations.
  4. Legal Compliance: Guarantee that the organization’s processes remain in full compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  5. Strategic Planning: Formulate both strategic and operational objectives, guiding the company toward sustainable growth and success.
  6. Financial Oversight: Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improved profitability, and effectively manage budgets and forecasts.
  7. Quality Control: Implement quality control measures and closely monitor production Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to maintain service excellence.
  8. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals to maximize their potential and contribute to the company’s success.
  9. Customer Service Enhancement: Innovate ways to enhance the quality of customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels.

Requirements: Operations Manager-Pest Control And General Cleaning

  • Location: You should be able to reliably commute to Manama or plan to relocate to the area before starting work.
  • Language: Proficiency in English is required for reading, speaking, and writing.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Pest Control and General Cleaning is essential.
  • License/Certification: A valid driver’s license is a mandatory requirement.
