Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Educator to join our team in the State of Qatar. As a Nurse Educator, you will play a crucial role in shaping the professional development of our nursing staff. Key Responsibilities:
- Education and Training: Develop and implement educational programs to enhance the knowledge and skills of nursing staff. Conduct training sessions on best practices, new medical advancements, and patient care techniques.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create relevant and effective training curricula. Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into educational programs.
- Clinical Competency: Assess and ensure the clinical competency of nursing staff. Provide constructive feedback and guidance for continuous improvement.
- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and employee progress. Generate reports as required by the management.
- Compliance: Stay informed about and ensure adherence to Qatar Labour Law and healthcare regulations. Assist in the development and implementation of policies related to nursing education.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSC) and relevant nursing diploma.
- Proven experience as a Nurse Educator or in a similar role.
- Strong clinical background with a comprehensive understanding of nursing practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in developing and delivering training programs.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
Terms of Employment: Nurse Educator Job in Qatar
- Contract Duration: Two (2) Years, renewable.
- Working Hours: Eight (8) hours per day, six (6) days per week.
- Probationary Period: Two (2) months with a notice period afterward.
- Gross Salary: QAR 6500.
- Benefits: Company-provided accommodation and transportation, medical coverage, insurance as per Qatar Labour Law.
- Leave: Twenty-one (21) days of paid leave per year, along with two (2) way tickets from Doha to the Country of Origin after completing two (2) years of service.
- Gratuity: In line with Qatari Labour Law (21 days per year).
Note: A formal contract will be signed upon arrival in the State of Qatar. Section 211 Act No 21 of Qatari Labour Law prohibits staff/workers from working with another company before completing two (2) years. Violation may lead to legal action or financial compensation by the company.
