Job Descriptions:

Electrical Supervisor / Jr. Supervisor:

• Qualification: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or ITI in Electrical
• Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and lead electrical maintenance teams
  • Ensure the efficient operation of electrical systems
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues
  • Conduct routine inspections and maintenance

Mechanical Jr. Supervisor:

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical
• Responsibilities:
  • Assist in mechanical maintenance activities
  • Work closely with senior supervisors
  • Perform routine checks on mechanical equipment
  • Assist in troubleshooting mechanical problems

Generator Technician (Mechanical):

• Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or ITI in Mechanical
• Experience: Minimum 5 years in maintenance and troubleshooting of Cummins engines, gensets, and Cummins controllers
• Responsibilities:
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on Cummins engines and gensets
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues
  • Conduct preventive maintenance checks
  • Ensure proper functioning of Cummins equipment

Winder:

• Qualification: ITI or equivalent
• Experience: 3 to 4 years in rewinding HV/LV/DC motors and alternators (up to 10 MW)
• Responsibilities:
  • Rewind and repair motors and alternators
  • Follow safety procedures during rewinding
  • Maintain detailed records of rewinding work
  • Ensure the quality and efficiency of rewound equipment

Qualifications:

• Relevant qualifications as mentioned for each position
• Strong technical skills and knowledge of respective fields
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Additional Requirements:

• Generator Technicians should have experience with Cummins engines and gensets.
• Electrical and Mechanical Supervisors should have experience with Cummins diesel gensets.
