Responsibilities:

As a Manager of the Fabrication Workshop, you will be a key player in our operations within Kuwait. Your responsibilities will include:

1. Workshop Management: Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication workshop, including managing personnel, equipment, and resources efficiently.
2. Quality Control: Ensuring that all fabricated products meet quality standards, codes, and specifications, and implementing corrective measures as necessary.
3. Project Execution: Managing fabrication projects from start to finish, including planning, scheduling, and coordination to meet project timelines and budgets.
4. Health and Safety: Enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols and best practices within the workshop to ensure a safe working environment.
5. Resource Allocation: Optimizing resource allocation, including manpower, materials, and machinery, to achieve maximum efficiency.
6. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of project progress, resource utilization, and quality control procedures.
7. Client Relations: Building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, addressing their concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s degree (B.E/ B.Tech) in Mechanical Engineering.
• A minimum of 15 years of experience in the fabrication of pressure vessels, piping, and structural works.
• At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing fabrication workshops in the Gulf region, with a preference for candidates with Kuwaiti experience.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, codes, and standards.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and a results-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Education: Manager – Fabrication Workshop Job in Kuwait

• B.E/ B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience:

• Minimum of 15 years of total experience in Fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Piping, and Structural works.
• Must have at least 5 years of experience in the Gulf region in the role of Fabrication Workshop Management.
• Gulf experience is mandatory.
• Kuwait experience is preferred.
