Job Opportunity Storekeeper in Qatar
About the Role:
Dulsco Qatar is currently hiring for the position of Storekeeper. The Storekeeper will be responsible for maintaining records of purchase orders, receiving materials from suppliers, coordinating with QA/QC teams, transferring materials to the warehouse, and managing inventory checks. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Qatar as a Storekeeper.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain records of purchase orders issued to suppliers
- Receive materials (stock & non-stock) from suppliers and ensure correctness
- Coordinate with QA/QC team for material checks and acceptance
- Transfer materials to the main warehouse and arrange them in an orderly manner
- Update the system to capture material storage locations
- Receive client equipment in the workshop and create jobs in the system
- Issue materials from the warehouse based on requests from supervisors and managers
- Conduct random inventory checks every month and submit reports to management
- Update overtime sheets of the department and submit them to the supervisor for approval
- Keep records of restocking the store and ensure cleanliness and organization
Requirements: Job Opportunity Storekeeper in Qatar
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Qatar as a Storekeeper
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Transferable visa in Qatar
