Responsibilities:
- Prepare and marinate meat for Shawarma according to established recipes and standards.
- Operate Shawarma equipment safely and efficiently.
- Monitor cooking temperatures and times to ensure food safety and quality.
- Assemble Shawarma wraps with precision and attention to presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Shawarma station.
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations.
