We are a leading FMCG & Dairy Company based in Bahrain, seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Supervisor to join our team. If you have a strong background as a Sales Supervisor in the FMCG or Dairy industry, particularly in Hypermarkets within the Gulf region, we encourage you to apply.
Position: Sales Supervisor
Experience: 2 to 5 years as Sales Supervisor in a similar field in Hypermarket, Dairy/FMCG in Gulf
Language Requirement: Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities and team management experience
Education: MBA preferred
License: GCC valid driving license is a must
Responsibilities: Job Opportunity Sales Supervisor
- Oversee and lead the sales team, providing guidance, support, and motivation to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with clients, distributors, and hypermarket partners.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and performance reviews to assess individual and team performance.
- Ensure that sales processes and activities comply with company policies and standards.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional campaigns and enhance brand visibility.
