Job Opportunity in Oman HR Executive – A leading contracting company in Oman is urgently seeking qualified candidates for the following position:

Position: HR Executive

Job Requirements:

• Education: MBA (HR)
• Experience: 3-4 years of relevant experience in Oman (candidates with Oman experience will be given preference)
• Ability to handle all HR-related activities independently
• Age: Below 35 years

Responsibilities:

As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of human resources activities within the company. Your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

1. Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Conducting recruitment processes, sourcing candidates, interviewing, and assisting in the selection of suitable candidates for various job positions.
2. Employee Relations: Managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment.
3. Performance Management: Implementing performance appraisal processes, performance reviews, and providing support for employee development.
4. HR Policies and Procedures: Ensuring compliance with company HR policies and local labor laws, as well as updating and developing new policies as needed.
5. Training and Development: Identifying training needs, coordinating training programs, and supporting employee development initiatives.
6. Compensation and Benefits: Assisting in managing employee compensation and benefits programs.
7. HR Administration: Maintaining HR records, preparing reports, and handling other administrative tasks related to HR.

Salary: Negotiable (Commensurate with experience and qualifications)
