We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Care Nurse to provide high-quality medical care to patients in a home setting. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of nursing experience and be capable of providing various medical services outside of the operating theater (OT).

Responsibilities:

• Provide in-home nursing care, including administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily activities.
• Develop personalized care plans based on individual patient needs.
• Work with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Offer emotional support and guidance to patients and their families.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
