The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out projects, along with proficiency in Autocad, Revit, and Adobe Suite. Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning: Create architectural designs and plans for Joinery and Interior Fit-Out projects.
2. Project Coordination: Collaborate with the project team, including engineers and designers, to ensure seamless project execution.
3. Autocad and Revit: Utilize Autocad and Revit to develop detailed drawings and 3D models for construction purposes.
4. Interior Design: Incorporate innovative and practical interior design concepts into projects.
5. Compliance: Ensure all designs meet relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
6. Client Interaction: Communicate with clients to understand their requirements and present design proposals effectively.
7. Material Selection: Assist in selecting suitable materials and finishes for construction and interior elements.
8. Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of architectural work and deliverables.

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree (B.E) in Architecture, Draftsmanship, or Interior Design.
2. Experience: A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience in Joinery and Interior Fit-Out projects.
3. Software Proficiency: Profound knowledge of Autocad, Revit, and Adobe Suite.
4. Gulf Experience: Prior experience working in the Gulf region will be preferred.
5. Creativity: Demonstrated ability to come up with innovative and functional architectural designs.
6. Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and precision in architectural work.
7. Team Player: Excellent teamwork and communication skills for effective collaboration.
8. Time Management: Ability to meet project deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
