Job Description:
A leading group of companies in Oman is looking for an experienced Warehouse Assistant to join the ECSL Division for a long-term project. The successful candidate will be responsible for various warehouse operations, including receiving and inspecting materials, managing stock and documentation, and handling deliveries.
Key Responsibilities: Job Opening Warehouse Assistant (ECSL Division)
- Receive and physically inspect incoming materials.
- Mark and organize materials in the warehouse.
- Conduct technical inspections and ensure quality standards are met.
- Pack materials for delivery and prepare necessary documentation.
- Coordinate deliveries to Majan and submit related documents to the office.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring accurate tracking and storage.
- Submit invoices and other required documentation to the appropriate departments.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Bachelor’s degree; MBA is an added advantage.
- 5-8 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in material handling.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: OMR 300 – 350, depending on experience.
- Other benefits as per company policy.
