Job Description:
A leading group of companies in the UAE is seeking an experienced Sales Executive for their Traditional Trade / Grocery – Commodity Division. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of experience in FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or commodities, with a proven track record in sales. The role involves achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and collecting outstanding payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the sales targets set by the company.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client accounts.
- Collect outstanding payments from customers in a timely manner.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless operations.
- Develop sales strategies to enhance market penetration and grow the customer base.
Qualifications and Skills Required:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree with excellent communication skills.
- 5 years of experience in sales within the FMCG or commodities industry.
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid UAE driving license is preferable.
- Ability to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary: AED 6000 – 7000 (Package Salary).
- Other benefits as per company policy.
