Job Opening HR Assistant Cum Admin (Specializing In Recruitment)
We are looking for a motivated and skilled HR Assistant cum Admin with a strong focus on recruitment to join our team. This hybrid role combines HR administrative duties with recruitment responsibilities, playing a key role in talent acquisition and supporting general HR functions.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- – Manage and oversee the full recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating candidate onboarding.
- – Maintain and update recruitment databases and records.
- – Assist in developing job descriptions, creating job ads, and advertising open positions on various platforms.
- – Support HR in employee relations, performance management, and general administrative tasks.
- – Handle scheduling, correspondence, and document management for HR and recruitment activities.
- – Manage office supplies, maintain office organization, and assist in other administrative duties as needed.
- – Ensure compliance with HR policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
**Qualifications:**
- – Proven experience in recruitment and administrative roles.
- – Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.
- – Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- – Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software (experience with recruitment platforms is a plus).
- – Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- – Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
