As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of personnel working on our prestigious Oil & Gas Pipeline Project in Qatar. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Implementing and enforcing the company’s HSE policies and procedures.
2. Conducting regular inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
3. Developing and delivering safety training programs to enhance awareness and compliance.
4. Investigating incidents, accidents, and near-misses to identify root causes and recommend preventive measures.
5. Monitoring and ensuring compliance with local and international HSE regulations and standards.
6. Collaborating with project teams to integrate safety practices into daily operations.
7. Promoting a safety-first culture and motivating personnel to actively participate in HSE initiatives.
8. Reviewing and approving the HSE plans and procedures for various project activities.
9. Conducting emergency response drills and ensuring readiness for any unforeseen events.
10. Preparing and submitting timely HSE reports to management.

Requirements: HSE Officers Job in Qatar

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following criteria:

1. NEBOSH IGC qualification is mandatory.
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as an HSE Officer in the Oil & Gas industry.
3. GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) experience is a must.
4. Proficient knowledge of HSE regulations and best practices in the Oil & Gas sector.
5. Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams.
6. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
7. Ability to work independently and under pressure.
