Key Responsibilities:

As an HSE Officer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our workforce and the environment on Oil & Gas projects. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Safety Compliance: Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, policies, and procedures on-site to prevent accidents and incidents.
2. Risk Assessment: Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification to develop strategies for minimizing safety risks.
3. Training: Provide safety training and guidance to employees, contractors, and site personnel to enhance safety awareness.
4. Incident Investigation: Lead and participate in incident investigations, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
5. Emergency Response: Develop and implement emergency response plans and drills to prepare for unforeseen incidents.
6. Documentation: Maintain accurate safety records, reports, and documentation as required by regulatory bodies and company standards.

Qualifications:

• You should hold a diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.
• Possession of NEBOSH IGC (1, 2, 3) certification is essential.
• You must have a minimum of 6 years of industrial safety experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to Oil & Gas projects.
• ARAMCO Approval (Manual/ CBT) would be considered a strong advantage.
