We are actively seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our team in Oman. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a Gulf country. As an HR Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective management of human resources within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the recruitment and onboarding process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Manage employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
- Maintain and update employee records and ensure confidentiality and accuracy.
- Handle payroll administration and monitor attendance and leave records.
- Provide support for disciplinary actions and terminations, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for employee retention and engagement.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an HR Officer in a Gulf country.
- Strong knowledge of Omani labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- The salary for this position ranges from 300 to 800 OMR, based on the candidate’s experience and qualifications.
