  • Performance Management: Oversee employee performance evaluations and ensure that our workforce consistently delivers their best.
  • Workplace Satisfaction: Foster an environment where every employee feels organized, valued, and satisfied in their role.
  • Health and Safety: Prioritize the well-being of our staff by maintaining and improving health and safety measures.
  • Staff Development: Implement structured staff development procedures to enhance the skills and capabilities of our workforce.
  • Policy Guidance: Provide guidance to employees on company policies and procedures.
  • Payroll and Benefits: Ensure precise and seamless administration of payroll and benefits programs.
  • Effective Communication: Act as a liaison between management and staff, addressing issues that impact performance.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and secure employee records in both electronic and digital formats.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in human resources.
  • Certification: Additional training or certification in Payroll Management is advantageous.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proficiency in meaningful negotiation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
