1. Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly smile, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and provide information about hotel facilities and services.
2. Customer Service: Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure guest satisfaction.
3. Reservation Management: Manage room reservations, coordinate with housekeeping, and ensure room availability.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a welcoming attitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations.
