We are currently seeking Filipino staff to join our team for a combined role involving water sport activities and coffee shop operations. The responsibilities will include managing and organizing paddle and kayak games, ensuring the safety of customers, providing excellent customer service, and handling coffee shop duties. The ideal candidate should possess good customer service skills, have a pleasant demeanor, maintain a professional appearance, possess barista skills, demonstrate management abilities, and preferably have sales skills.

Responsibilities: Filipino Staff – Water Sport Activities, Coffee Shop

1. Manage and organize paddle and kayak games, ensuring the safety of participants.
2. Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Take care of customers’ needs and ensure their satisfaction with the water sport activities and coffee shop services.
4. Prepare and serve coffee, following recipes and standards for quality and presentation.
5. Handle cash transactions and maintain accuracy in cash handling procedures.
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the coffee shop area.
7. Assist in stock management, inventory control, and ordering supplies.
8. Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere for customers.
9. Promote sales and suggest additional products or services to customers.

Requirements: Filipino Staff – Water Sport Activities, Coffee Shop

1. Previous experience in water sport activities and/or coffee shop operations is preferred.
2. Excellent customer service skills and the ability to interact with a diverse range of customers.
3. Pleasant demeanor and professional appearance.
4. Barista skills, including knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and latte art.
5. Basic management skills to organize activities and handle day-to-day operations.
6. Preferably, sales skills to promote products and services effectively.
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
8. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays.
9. Must be eligible to work in the designated country.
