Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor Building Management Systems (BMS) efficiently.
- Perform routine checks to ensure all systems are functioning correctly.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that may arise.
- Maintain records and logs of system performance and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure timely repairs and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
- Report any anomalies or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Work in coordination with other facility management personnel.
- Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 4.5 years of education.
- Proven experience as a BMS Operator, with Gulf region experience preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of building management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
- Effective communication skills.
- Diploma certificate must be attested.
Education: Diploma in a relevant field (Minimum 4.5 years)
