Document Control:
- Maintain and organize electronic and physical documents.
- Ensure proper documentation procedures and standards are followed.
- Track and manage document revisions and approvals.
Records Management:
- Develop and implement efficient record-keeping systems.
- Ensure the secure storage and easy retrieval of records.
- Manage document archiving and disposal according to company policies.
Administrative Support:
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation.
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
Communication:
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate document management processes.
- Address and resolve any issues related to data entry and document control.
