Qualifications:
- Diploma and Part-Time Course in Catering.
- 5-10 years of experience in labour camps across the Middle East.
Responsibilities: CHIEF COOK JOB IN OMAN
- Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of all menu items.
- Plan and price menu items, prepare orders for supplies, and maintain records and accounts.
- Supervise and actively participate in the kitchen operations.
- Investigate and address customer complaints.
- Monitor and evaluate worker performance.
- Receive and investigate customer complaints.
- Keep food samples for quality control purposes.
- Adhere to the menu set by the company.
- Determine food and labor costs.
- Schedule employee work hours.
- Estimate materials and labor requirements for mobilizing new camps.
- Implement food and employee safety procedures as set by the company.
