Salary Range: 150 – 200 OMR

Qualifications:

  • Diploma and Part-Time Course in Catering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in labour camps across the Middle East.

Responsibilities: CHIEF COOK JOB IN OMAN

  1. Direct the preparation, seasoning, and cooking of all menu items.
  2. Plan and price menu items, prepare orders for supplies, and maintain records and accounts.
  3. Supervise and actively participate in the kitchen operations.
  4. Investigate and address customer complaints.
  5. Monitor and evaluate worker performance.
  6. Receive and investigate customer complaints.
  7. Keep food samples for quality control purposes.
  8. Adhere to the menu set by the company.
  9. Determine food and labor costs.
  10. Schedule employee work hours.
  11. Estimate materials and labor requirements for mobilizing new camps.
  12. Implement food and employee safety procedures as set by the company.
