Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter and leave the store with a friendly attitude.
• Operate cash registers and handle transactions accurately, including cash, credit, and debit payments.
• Provide customers with receipts and handle returns or exchanges according to store policies.
• Answer customer inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
• Balance the cash register at the end of each shift and report any discrepancies to the manager.
• Assist with bagging and packaging purchases for customers.
• Keep track of store promotions and apply discounts or coupons as applicable.
• Monitor and restock shelves near the checkout area.
• Collaborate with other store employees to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements: Cashier Jobs in UAE

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a cashier or in customer service is a plus.
• Basic math skills and the ability to handle transactions accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and electronic payment systems.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
