Description: An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Carpentry Fitout Supervisor in Bahrain. We are seeking an individual with a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a supervisor or foreman in joinery and fit-out. The ideal candidate should be proficient in reading and understanding Joinery Shop Drawings, possess advanced knowledge of joinery terminology, and demonstrate excellent management skills. English proficiency is preferred, and Bahraini candidates are highly encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect, assign, and supervise carpentry works at the site.
- Interpret instructions, plans, and drawings to guide carpenters.
- Conduct quality checks and inspections of carpentry works.
- Coordinate activities from production to site installation.
- Perform site surveys and take actual measurements for production adjustments.
- Solve problems efficiently to ensure smooth workflow.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a supervisor or foreman in joinery and fit-out.
- Ability to read and understand Joinery Shop Drawings.
- Advanced knowledge of joinery terminology.
- Preferred English proficiency.
- Strong management skills.
- Preferably Bahraini.
