We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Camp Boss to join our team for an urgent requirement in Oman. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an Industrial Catering Company. The role involves overseeing and managing the daily operations of the camp facilities, ensuring the smooth functioning of services and amenities provided to the employees.

Responsibilities: Camp Boss Job in Oman

• Supervise and manage the overall functioning of the camp, including accommodation, catering, and other essential services.
• Ensure the timely provision of high-quality and hygienic food services to the employees, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment within the camp premises, overseeing housekeeping and maintenance activities regularly.
• Coordinate with the administrative team to handle employee requests, complaints, and other related issues effectively and in a timely manner.
• Implement and enforce strict adherence to safety and security protocols within the camp premises to ensure the well-being of all employees.
• Collaborate with the management to develop and implement strategies for enhancing the overall camp experience and employee satisfaction.
