Administrative Assistant

Golden Gates Consulting is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team on-site at our Lusail, Doha office. In this role, you will assist the owner with day-to-day administrative tasks, including billing, invoicing, handling HR matters, communication with staff, arranging meetings, checking mail, and addressing HR disputes. This is an in-office position that requires strong organizational skills, effective communication, and a high level of professionalism.

Work hours for this position are Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, with rotating half-days on Saturday.

Golden Gates Consulting, based in Doha, Qatar, provides business consulting services to the automotive, logistics, and construction industries. We work with companies around the globe and support them through administrative assistance, call center services, and consulting.

Qualifications: Administrative Assistant

  • – Authorized to work in Qatar (work visas available).
  • – Pass all pre-employment screenings.
  • – High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus.
  • – Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • – Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • – Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
  • – Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
  • – Familiarity with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
