A valid Qatar Driving License is necessary for this role.

Qualifications:

Accountant Role:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of financial regulations.
• Professional certification, such as CPA, is a plus.

Draftsman Role:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Drafting, Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Sketchup software, AutoCAD, or similar tools.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in design.

Both Roles:

• Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Accountant Responsibilities:

1. Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, and assist with budget forecasts.
3. Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and provide recommendations for financial decision-making.
4. Audit Support: Assist with financial audits, liaise with auditors, and provide required documentation.
5. Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, including tracking and reconciling transactions.

Draftsman Responsibilities:

1. Drafting and Design: Create detailed technical drawings and plans using CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software, including architectural and structural designs.
2. Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to understand project requirements and provide design solutions.
3. Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and adherence to design specifications and standards.
4. Documentation: Maintain comprehensive records of all design drawings and revisions.
