Description
Role:
- Oversee the maintenance of the office buildings, ancillary buildings and staff accommodation buildings.
- Coordinate accommodation to temporary and visitors
- Coordinate and liaise with the vendors and maintenance companies for all repairs and maintenance related matters;
- Purchase new furniture and fittings (i.e. bed, cupboard, etc.) for any new staff staying at the staff accommodation;
- Coordinate with the drivers daily to ensure all staff & visitors are picked-up and dropped off to the offices.
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor insurance coverage for new vehicles and renewal for existing one.
- Ensure that the best cleaning service is delivered to all areas in the office
- Maintain the office reception area as well as do the gardening in and around the offices regularly.
- Ensure that all refreshment supplies (i.e. coffee, tea, etc.) is stocked up at all times in the office.
- Coordinate and liaise with the supplier of Meals for the staff.
- Undertake such other tasks as and when required by the Manager of Human Resources & Administration.
Qualification:
- Minimum Secondary School or Diploma Certificate in Office Administration.
Experience: Supervisor General Services Immediate Joiner In Bahrain
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Good communication skills in English.
- High integrity and the ability to work under pressure without supervision.
- Possess organizational, multi-tasking, and time management skills.
- Must be a team player.
