We are looking for individuals who are experienced in various aspects of IT, particularly in Document Management Solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of Document Management Solution, specifically Laserfiche, and will be able to perform pre-sales activities and seek new opportunities for Document Management and related solutions. Responsibilities include implementing and deploying Enterprise Content Management Solutions, database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle, developing BPM processes and workflows, delivering presentations and demos, gathering requirements, preparing support documentation and training materials, and monitoring and supporting the office LAN.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of Document Management Solution, specifically Laserfiche.
- Ability to perform pre-sales activities and seek new opportunities.
- Experience in implementing and deploying Enterprise Content Management Solutions.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL Server and Oracle.
- Ability to develop BPM processes and workflows.
- Proficient in delivering presentations and demos.
- Capable of gathering requirements and developing project scopes.
- Skilled in preparing support documentation and training materials.
- Ability to conduct needs assessments and configure document management system features.
- Adaptability to new and advanced technologies.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
